I decided to start my very own business as a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant!  I am soooo excited! I LOVE all of the AWESOME skin care products that Mary Kay has and such GREAT makeup!!  I have only been selling Mary Kay products for a few weeks now and all I have to say is "I am having a BLAST"!  Since I started my own Mary Kay business I started using the products.  They are AWESOME!  I have noticed such a huge change in my skin!  I go to all of the weekly meetings and let me tell you it is so WONDERFUL to be around such CONFIDENT & GREATwomen!  I have noticed that my confidence has risen!  I got my hair cut, wear makeup, dress alot better, and I take better care of my skin.  The thing that made me decide to start my own business with Mary Kay is that they follow "GOD first, FAMILY second, and CAREER third!  WOW!  When I put my life in this order everything seems to work much better for me!

FLUTE PROJECT!

My oldest, Bethany, had a choice to write an 8 page essay on a flute or make one.  So, she chose to make one.  Of course her dad helped her!  They made the flute out of PVC pipe.  Here is her flute......Think she will get an A?
She played the flute in the band for 1 year so she knows how to play one.  It REALLY works!!

100th DAY OF SCHOOL PROJECT!

The kids have reached the 100th day of school.  They were asked to make a poster and bring it to school to put on display.  Here is Kylee with her poster.

Kylee chose to go with a princess theme this year.  She helped me glue the gems onto her poster.  I will go to her school today for the 100th day celebration!

FREEZING HOMEMADE BREAKFAST FOOD!

The mornings in my house are BUSY!  I like to feed the girls a warm breakfast before going out in the cold to go to school each morning.  But, lets face it there is not time to make homemade waffles!  So, on a Saturday morning I made homemade waffles, french toast on wheat bread, egg whites with cheese and spinach in my muffin tin.  Yes, I could buy frozen waffles at the grocery store but homemade ones taste better and are CHEAPER!

Now, I can quickly heat up a homemade breakfast each school day!  Enjoy!

2nd PLACE SOCIAL STUDIES FAIR PROJECT!

I am so PROUD of Bethany for winning 2nd place at the Social Studies Fair!  She did a GREAT JOB!
